The Foreign Public Relations Affairs is to care for and support chinese speaking visually impaired globally .

What We Do

• Complimentary distribution of Braille publications, assistive devices for the visually impaired, and daily necessities.
• Maintaining contact with overseas visually impaired peopole to address their needs.
• Supporting and visiting visually impaired memebers across the globe.
• Provide emergency living assistance to visually impaired members in need.
• Organize (online/physical) networking events and training courses for visually impaired.
